Stockholm Archipelago Sweden 2026 - At last back home at Rindö again after a whole days travel. I started around 11 and are back again in one of the old converted military barracks where I live since three years back. This bulding was part of the old KA I Coastal Artillery regement that was closed 2005 and stands prominently in a snowy landscape. The structure appears to be a former military barracks, now converted for residential use. Warm light emanates from the windows, creating a welcoming atmosphere against the backdrop of a winter night. A snow-covered street leads towards the building, suggesting a quiet, residential area.

People out here on Rindö often keep the string lights they put up on their balconies at Christmas as an attempt to mitigate the influence of the otherwise long and massive winter darkness.
